Let me hit you with something uncomfortable:

What you think is 'normal', is probably holding you back.

The way you work…
The goals you set…
The pace you move at…

It’s all shaped by invisible standards. Standards that aren’t even yours.

Here’s what I mean:

Most people don’t realise they’re benchmarking their output against the wrong people.

You’re comparing yourself to the coach next door…
The freelancer on Instagram…
The marketing guy on LinkedIn who posts once a week and “closes clients in the DMs.”

But you’re not seeing the people running laps around you. Some guys are doing in a day what you spread across an entire week.

Let Me Prove It To You

This week, I did something I thought was impossible.

Normally, I send out 10-15 personalised sales audit videos to prospects in one week.

So on Tuesday:

I did all 10 audits in ONE DAY (and without sacrificing quality).

That might not sound too crazy, but for me, it shattered a mental wall I didn’t know I had.

I realised:

And in the agency world, that kind of volume is expected.

It reminded me of the old-school internships, where you’d shadow the top guy and just watch:

How fast he smashed through his 'to-do list'.
When he made calls.
How he wrote.

But today:

We’re all remote working.

And our “sense of normal” is warped by algorithms, echo chambers, and comfort zones.

That’s Why You’re Stuck

So here's the good news:

You’re not lazy.

You’re just benchmarking your effort against the wrong examples.

You're holding yourself to standards that were never designed to get you the results you actually want:

• Clients that respect you
• Income that reflects your value
• A business that actually grows

Here’s The Mindset That Changed Everything

Hormozi said it best:

That’s it.

You want more clients?
Send more pitches.

You want more authority?
Create more content.

You want to get paid more?
Deliver more value.

In fact, give away the strategy others charge $5k for… for free. Not because you’re “undervaluing” yourself. But because when you overdeliver at scale, clients chase you for the implementation.

Remember this:

Information is everywhere. Outcomes are rare.

Be the person who gets outcomes and who also does it at a pace that makes people question how you’re even human.

The world can’t ignore you.
